The Contacts List View in AlphaX Cloud provides a table for managing contacts with columns for Name, Entity, Email, and Mobile, all sortable. It includes a Create button for adding contacts, a Filter field for refining the list, and options to customize column visibility. Data can be exported in formats like CSV, Excel, or PDF, ensuring efficient management.
Page Title
Displays the heading Contacts View, indicating the current interface.
Entry Count
Shows the number of contacts currently visible and the total number of entries.
Create Button
Located in the top-right corner, allows users to create a new contact.
This section includes tools for refining, customizing, and exporting the displayed contact data.
Filter Button
Enables users to filter the contact list based on specific criteria for quicker access.
Column Visibility
Allows users to customize the table view by showing or hiding specific columns.
Export Button
Provides an option to export contact data in formats such as CSV or Excel for reporting or analysis.
Maximize Button

Name

Entity
Shows the entity (organization/project) associated with the contact. Sorting is available for grouping contacts by entity.
Displays the email address of the contact. Sorting is supported for quick search.
Mobile
Displays the contact's mobile number. Sorting is supported for efficient organization.
Actions
Includes buttons for managing and deleting contacts:
- Manage: Opens a detailed view for editing the contact's information.
- Delete: Permanently removes the contact after confirmation.
The Pagination Section ensures smooth navigation through a large number of contact entries.

Sorting Options
Columns like Name, Entity, Email, and Mobile can be sorted in ascending or descending order for better organization.
Action Buttons
