The Contacts Manage View allows users to edit existing contact details with mandatory fields for Site, Name, and Email Address, and an optional field for Mobile Number. It features Save and Cancel buttons for managing changes and a Close Icon for quick exit. This user-friendly interface ensures efficient and accurate contact updates.
The top of the window displays the heading "Edit Contact", indicating that this view is specifically for modifying an existing contact’s details.
The form consists of four fields, three of which are mandatory and one optional. Below is a detailed table of the fields.

Allows the user to select or update the site or organization associated with the contact.
Name*

Editable field for entering or updating the contact’s full name.
Email Address*

Editable field for entering or updating the contact’s email address. The system validates for correct email format.
Mobile Number

Optional
Editable field for updating the contact’s phone number. This can be left blank if not applicable.
Site
A dropdown menu to associate the contact with a specific site or organization.
Mandatory for maintaining organizational hierarchy and accurate association.
Name
A required field for updating the contact’s name.
It ensures that each contact is properly identifiable.
Email Address
A mandatory field for entering or updating the contact’s email.
Proper validation ensures the email address is correctly formatted.
Mobile Number
An optional field for updating the contact’s phone number.
Useful for providing additional means of communication.
At the bottom-right corner, two action buttons are provided to either save or discard the changes:
Cancel
Discards all changes and exits the edit window.
Save
Saves the updated contact details after validating mandatory fields.
Cancel
Exits the form without saving any changes.
Useful if the user decides not to proceed with editing the contact.
Save
Saves all updates and commits the changes to the contact's record.
This button becomes active only after all required fields are completed correctly.
The form includes a Close Icon in the top-right corner for quick exit. Below are the details.
Close Icon
Closes the form instantly without saving any changes.
This feature provides users a quick way to exit the form without interacting with the Cancel button.
