It includes mandatory fields for name, email, entity, role, and password, with dropdowns for easy selection and a password generator for security. Optional email notifications streamline onboarding. Clear Create and Cancel buttons ensure efficient management, making the process intuitive and user-friendly.
The Add User Account view in AlphaX Cloud provides an intuitive interface to create new user accounts. It includes mandatory fields for key user details, dropdown options for entity and role assignment, and a password generator for enhanced security. Additional features like email notifications and clear action buttons make the process simple, efficient, and user-friendly.
Mandatory Fields
Name*
A required field where the user’s full name is entered.
Email Address*
A required field to input the user’s email address, used as their login credential.
Entity*
A dropdown menu to select the organization or entity the user is associated with.
Role*
A dropdown menu to assign the user’s role (e.g., Administrator, Standard User, Site Admin).
Password*
Displays a system-generated password by default. A Generate Password button (refresh icon) allows creating a new random password.
Optional Setting
Send New User Email
A tick box to enable or disable sending an email notification with account details to the new user.
Bottom Buttons
Cancel
Cancels the account creation process and closes the view.
Create
Finalizes and saves the new user account with the provided details.
