Page Title

Back Button
A back arrow labelled Back to User List to return to the main users list.
Logs Button
This button provides access to user to click to view logs. The Logs Button provides a seamless way to navigate to the System Application Logs page, offering a comprehensive view of user activities and system events. This ensures transparency, traceability, and effective user management.
Name*
A required field to edit the user’s full name.
Email Address*
A required field to update the user’s email address, which serves as their login credential.
Change Password
Optional field to update the user's password. Includes guidance: “Enter only if you want to change.”
Job Description
Optional field to enter the user’s job role or description.
Mobile Number
Optional field to provide the user’s contact number.
Time zone
A dropdown menu to select the user’s time zone.
Entity
A dropdown menu to assign the user to a specific organization or project entity.
Role
A dropdown menu to assign a system role (e.g., Administrator, Standard User).
