AlphaX Calculation Manage View configures calculations, automates triggers, manages dashboards, sets location, and tracks edits with flexible options.

The Calculation Manage View in AlphaX is designed to configure and manage specific calculation tasks. This view allows users to set calculation parameters, define triggers and automation settings, input location data, and manage dashboards. It is structured into several sections, with key information and configuration options to help users customize their calculations precisely.

Top Navigation Buttons

Button
Description

Table

Displays data related to the calculation in table format.

Chart

Visualizes calculation data through charts.

Logs

Shows log details for auditing calculation activities.

Calculation Information Section

Field
Description

Calculation Name*

Defines the name of the calculation.

Calculation Function*

Specifies the function of the calculation.

Calculation Description

Briefly describes the purpose or details of the calculation.

Entity*

Selects the entity associated with the calculation (e.g., department or location).

Tag*

Assigns a unique tag or identifier for the calculation.

Sensor Type*

Specifies the type of sensor data used for the calculation.

Keep Alive*

Sets the time (in seconds) for which the calculation remains active if not updated.

Hide Channel

Toggle option to Hide or Show the channel.

Automation Section

Field
Description

Trigger

Defines the event that triggers the calculation.

Source Type Options

- Sensors: Triggers based on sensor input. - Date Time Range: Triggers at a specific date and time. - Event: Triggers based on an event.

Trigger Frequency Options

- Minutes - Hourly - Daily - Weekly - Monthly

Time Zone

Selects the time zone for the calculation.

Hour

Sets the specific hour when the calculation will be triggered.

Action Section

Operation

Defines the operation to apply: - Add - Subtract - Multiply - Divide

Aggregation

Specifies data aggregation: - Sum - Average - Count - Maximum - Minimum

Source Type

- Sensors: Uses live data from sensors. - Static Value: Uses a static value for calculations.

Show Hidden Channels

Checkbox to toggle visibility of hidden channels.

Selected Sensors

Displays selected sensors; users can Add or Delete sensors.

Location Information Section

Field
Description

Latitude

Enter latitude coordinates for location.

Longitude

Enter longitude coordinates for location.

Map View

Displays a map based on entered latitude and longitude.

Dashboards Tab

Field
Description

Filter Button

Filter dashboards (top right corner).

Minimize/Maximize Button

Adjusts dashboard display size (top left corner).

Table Columns

- Entity: Shows the entity associated with the dashboard. - Name: Displays the dashboard name. - Public Link: Provides a public link to the dashboard. - Action: Includes a Manage button to configure the dashboard.

Pagination Buttons

Allows navigation through multiple dashboard entries.

Formatting Option
Description

Style

Various font styles.

Bold

Applies bold text.

Underline

Underlines text.

Remove Font Style

Clears applied font styles.

Recent Colour

Sets recent text colour.

Unordered List

Creates bullet points.

Ordered List

Creates numbered lists.

Paragraph

Sets paragraph formatting.

Table

Inserts tables into the notes.

Administration Tab

Last Edited By

Shows the user who last edited the calculation.

Edit Date

Displays the most recent edit date and time.

Created By

Indicates the user who originally created the calculation.

Created Date

Shows the creation date and time.
