After navigating to Analysis from the Charts section, users are presented with the Analysis View. This page is designed for reviewing, creating, and managing analyses. It includes various interactive elements and actions that allow users to control and customize their data insights.
Create Button
Clicking the Create button opens a new window where users are prompted to fill in the following mandatory fields.
Function
Clicking the Create button opens a new window for creating a detailed analysis by filling in mandatory fields.
Mandatory Fields
- Name: The name of the new analysis.
- Entity: The organization, project, or location for which the analysis is being created.
- Sensors: The specific sensors or data points tracked in the analysis.
- Range: The time range for the data being analysed (e.g., Last 7 Days, Custom Range).
Action Buttons
Located at the bottom-right of the Create window:
- Cancel: Cancels the process and returns the user to the Analysis View without saving.
- Create: Saves the new analysis and navigates the user back to the main Analysis View.
Quick Button
This feature is designed for users who want fast results without going through all the detailed configuration steps.
Function
Clicking the Quick button provides a faster, simplified process for creating analyses with minimal setup.
Tooltip
When hovering over the button, a tooltip appears with the message: "Click to create a quick analysis".
Quick Analysis Page
After clicking, users are navigated to the Quick Analysis page where only basic parameters need to be configured, - Entity: Select the entity for the analysis. - Data Points: Choose relevant sensors or metrics for analysis. - Time Range: Specify the time period for the analysis (e.g., last 24 hours, custom).
Purpose
This feature is designed for users needing rapid results, bypassing detailed configuration steps. Useful for quick insights without requiring in-depth setup.
Filter Button
Use the filter to quickly search for specific analyses by name, entity, data points, or data range. It helps narrow down the list for easier access.
Column Visibility
Customize which columns are visible in the table, including, Analysis Name: The title of the analysis. Entity: The organization or system the analysis refers to.
Data Points: The specific sensors or metrics involved in the analysis.
Data Range: The time range of data used for the analysis.
Export
Export the analysis data in various formats, Copy: Copies the data to the clipboard. CSV: Downloads the data as a CSV file. Excel: Downloads the data as an Excel file. PDF: Downloads the data as a PDF file. Print: Sends the data to a printer.
Maximize
Expands the table view to full-screen, allowing a focused display of the analyses.
The main section of the Analysis View displays a table containing key details of all the analyses.
Analysis Name
Name of the analysis.
Entity
The organization, system, or location being analysed.
Data Points
Sensors or metrics being tracked.
Data Range
Time frame of the data used.
Actions
Options to view, duplicate, edit, or delete the analysis.
Each analysis has four available actions,
View Clicking this icon will take you to the Charts View, where you can visualize the analysis data in various chart formats.
Duplicate This option allows you to duplicate an existing analysis, which is useful when you want to create a similar analysis without starting from scratch.
Edit Clicking Edit navigates to the Edit Analysis: status tab, where the user can modify the analysis. In this tab, the following mandatory fields need to be filled.
Name
Entity (selectable from a dropdown)
Sensors
Range
At the bottom-right corner, there are two buttons.
Cancel: Discards changes and returns to the previous view.
Save: Confirms the changes and saves the analysis.
Delete Deletes the selected analysis. Be cautious, as this action cannot be undone.

Found at the bottom of the user table, these buttons help navigate through different pages of user entries.
