The Actions column in the Dashboard List View provides quick-access icons to perform essential tasks on each dashboard. Here’s what each action does,
View: Opens the dashboard in a view-only mode, allowing users to monitor or analyze data in real-time without making any changes. This is ideal for quickly accessing insights.
Manage: Accesses the dashboard’s settings and configurations. Here, users can modify elements such as widgets, data sources, and visualizations, enabling updates or personalization of the dashboard’s layout and content.
Duplicate: Creates an exact copy of the dashboard. This duplicate can be customized independently of the original, making it useful for testing new configurations or setting up similar dashboards with minor adjustments.
Delete: Permanently removes the dashboard from the system. A confirmation prompt is typically displayed to prevent accidental deletions, as this action cannot be undone.
These actions streamline dashboard management, allowing users to quickly view, edit, replicate, or delete dashboards directly from the list view.
