The Reports List View in AlphaX Cloud provides tools to manage reports efficiently. It includes a Create button, Filter, and options for Column Visibility, Export, and Maximize. The table displays Entity, Report Name, Last Run, and Actions (Run, Manage, Duplicate, Delete). Pagination enables easy navigation through multiple pages for streamlined report management.
Top Right Controls
- Create Button: Starts a new report creation process. - Filter: Refines the list based on search criteria. - Column Visibility: Customizes displayed columns. - Export: Allows exporting report data (e.g., CSV, PDF). - Maximize: Expands the view for better readability.
Table Columns
- Entity: Name of the entity related to each report (sortable). - Report Name: The title of each report (sortable). - Last Run: Indicates how recently each report was run.
Actions
- Run Report: Executes the report. - Manage: Opens detailed settings and configurations for the report. - Duplicate: Creates an identical report copy. - Delete: Removes the report permanently.
Pagination
Allows moving between multiple pages if there are more than 100 reports, making navigation straightforward.
Create Button: Initiates the process to create a new report, allowing users to add fresh data or configurations.
Filter: A search field that refines the report list by specified keywords or criteria, making it easier to locate specific reports quickly.
Column Visibility: Toggles which columns are visible in the report table, letting users customize the view to focus on relevant information.
Export: Offers options to export the report list in various formats, such as CSV or PDF, enabling easy sharing or offline analysis.
Maximize: Expands the Reports List View to full-screen mode for better readability and a focused workspace.

The Table Columns in the Reports List View organize key details about each report, allowing users to view, sort, and manage reports efficiently. Here’s an overview of each column.
Entity: Displays the name of the entity or location associated with each report (e.g., City of B). This column is sortable to help users organize reports by entity name.
Report Name: Shows the specific title or description of each report (e.g., "Noise Sensor Report," "Daily Pedestrian Count"). This column is also sortable, allowing users to quickly find reports by name.
Last Run: Indicates the time since the report was last executed (e.g., "1 day ago," "15 hours ago"), giving users a quick overview of report frequency and recency.
Actions: Contains four icons for quick actions:
Run Report: Immediately executes the report.
Manage: Opens the report’s settings and configurations for detailed management.
Duplicate: Creates a copy of the report, preserving its setup.
Delete: Permanently removes the report from the list.

No: Cancel the deletion and keep the report.
Confirm: Proceed with permanently deleting the report.
