The Devices Module in AlphaX Cloud serves as a central hub for managing IoT devices. This module provides comprehensive features for device registration, monitoring, and management, ensuring that users can easily oversee the status and performance of their devices across the network. It supports applications such as predictive maintenance, real-time monitoring, and device lifecycle management.

Main Features

1. Device Registration

  • Purpose: Register new devices in the system.

  • Interface

    • Users enter details such as,

      • Device Name (Mandatory)

      • Device Tag

      • Network ID

      • Keep Alive intervals

    • Allows for specific configurations during setup to meet operational requirements.

2. List View

  • Purpose: Provides an overview of all registered devices.

  • Details Displayed

    • Status: Indicates device health (Active, Under Maintenance, Error, etc.).

    • Entity: Shows the organizational group linked to the device.

    • Last Updated: Time since the device last communicated.

    • Actions: Options to edit, view logs, clone, or delete a device.

3. Manage View

  • Purpose: Manage individual devices with detailed insights.

  • Interface Features

    • Device Information: Includes tags, network type, and operational notes.

    • Channels: Lists active channels with data streams and allows adding/removing channels.

    • Power Source: Displays analysis of the power supply.

    • Triggers: Allows setting up alert mechanisms based on data thresholds or events.

    • Signal Strength and Location: Displays maps and geographic details for precise device positioning.

Create, Edit, and Delete Modals
