The Create New Manufacturer window allows users to add new manufacturers by selecting a site from a dropdown menu and entering a mandatory name. With simple validation for required fields and clear action buttons (Create and Cancel), the form ensures accurate and efficient data entry while providing flexibility to save or discard changes as needed.
