The Roles List View provides a user-friendly interface for managing roles in the AlphaX Cloud system. Below is a table-wise breakdown of its components, features, and functions.
This section includes the page title, entry count, and the Create button, which allows administrators to quickly navigate the interface and add new roles.
Page Title
Displays the heading Roles View to indicate the current interface for role management.
Entry Count
Shows the number of entries currently visible (e.g., “Showing 1 to 56 entries”) and the total roles available.
Create Button
This button allows users to create a new access role.
This section provides tools to refine the displayed roles (Filter), customize the table view (Column Visibility), export data for reporting (Export), and maximize the view for easier navigation (Maximize).
Filter Button
Enables filtering the displayed roles based on specific criteria for quicker access.
Column Visibility
Allows users to toggle the visibility of specific columns in the table to customize the view.
Export Button
Provides an option to export the roles data in formats such as CSV or Excel for reporting or analysis.
Maximize Button
Expands the table to full-screen mode for better visibility of the roles list.
The table displays the roles and associated entities with sortable columns for efficient organization. The Actions column provides quick access to manage or delete roles as needed.
Entity
Displays the associated entity (e.g., Global, specific organizations) for each role.
This column supports sorting for quick access to roles associated with specific entities.
Role Name
Lists the names of the roles, such as Site Admin, Standard User, or API Only.
This column also supports sorting to organize roles alphabetically or by priority.
Actions
Includes two buttons for managing roles,
- Manage: Opens the detailed view for editing the role's properties and permissions.
- Delete: Permanently removes the role after confirmation.
Pagination controls are located at the bottom of the table, making it easy to navigate through multiple pages of role entries.
