Roles List View

The Roles List View enables role management with sorting, filtering, creation, exporting, and actions for managing or deleting roles.

The Roles List View in AlphaX Cloud allows administrators to manage system roles efficiently. It features sortable columns for Entity and Role Name, a Create button to add new roles, and actions to manage or delete roles. Additional tools include filtering, exporting data, customizing columns, and pagination for seamless navigation across multiple role entries.

Roles List View

The Roles List View provides a user-friendly interface for managing roles in the AlphaX Cloud system. Below is a table-wise breakdown of its components, features, and functions.

Header Section

This section includes the page title, entry count, and the Create button, which allows administrators to quickly navigate the interface and add new roles.

Entity

Displays the associated entity (e.g., Global, specific organizations) for each role.

This column supports sorting for quick access to roles associated with specific entities.

Role Name

Lists the names of the roles, such as Site Admin, Standard User, or API Only.

This column also supports sorting to organize roles alphabetically or by priority.

Actions

Includes two buttons for managing roles,

- Manage: Opens the detailed view for editing the role's properties and permissions.

- Delete: Permanently removes the role after confirmation.

Note : In the Roles List View, the action buttons (Manage and Delete) are disabled for roles associated with the Global entity. This restriction ensures that global roles, which affect all entities, cannot be modified or deleted.

For other entities, the action buttons are enabled, allowing administrators to manage or delete roles specific to those entities as needed.

Pagination

Pagination controls are located at the bottom of the table, making it easy to navigate through multiple pages of role entries.
