Dashboards Manage View

The Dashboards Manage View enables data visualization, interaction, and customization with charts, tables, info boxes, interactive maps, and contextual tools.

The Dashboards Manage View in AlphaX Cloud offers comprehensive tools for data visualization and interaction. Users can set date ranges, share dashboards, configure settings, and track changes with Top Right Controls.

The Charts section provides various visualization types like line, bar, and heatmaps, with options to aggregate, edit, resize, and delete charts.

Tables display raw data, event logs, and sensor statuses, with resizing options for custom views.

Info Boxes present quick metrics (e.g., event counts, device statuses) in resizable boxes.

Interactive Tools include heatmaps, 3D models, and alert maps for real-time spatial insights.

The More section adds images, text, notes, links, and iFrames, enhancing the dashboard with additional context.

Charts Actions (Already in the Dashboard)

Aggregate Options

Edit

Maximize/Minimize

Expands the chart to full-screen mode for detailed viewing or minimizes it back to the regular size for overview.

Close (Delete Widget)

Removes the chart widget from the dashboard. A confirmation prompt appears with the heading "Delete Widget" and message: "Are you sure you want to remove this widget?" with No and Confirm buttons.

Corner Resizing

Allows resizing of interactive maps or models to enhance visibility and focus on specific areas.

Share Buttons Explanation

The Publish this dashboard view lets users share dashboards via a link, customize settings, activate auto-refresh, and set time zone.

The Publish this dashboard view in AlphaX Cloud allows users to share dashboards via a link, with options for Dark Mode, Interaction, and Date Picker. Users can toggle link activation, set Auto Refresh intervals, and choose a time zone. Save and Cancel buttons finalize or discard changes.

Dashboard Link

URL Field

Copy Link Button

Button to quickly copy the dashboard link to the clipboard.

Options with Tick Boxes

Dark Mode

Enables a dark theme for the dashboard if selected.

Interaction

Allows users to interact with the dashboard (e.g., click, zoom) when selected. Multiple options (Dark Mode, Interaction, Date Picker) can be selected simultaneously.

Date Picker

Adds a date picker control to the dashboard for selecting and filtering data by date.

Sharing Information

Displays the message: "Anyone with this link can see this dashboard. You can share with anyone outside our AlphaX platform." This indicates that the dashboard is accessible to external users with the shared link.

Activation Toggle

Activate / Deactivate

A toggle switch to set the dashboard link as active (visible to others) or inactive (not visible).

Auto Refresh

Drop-down Options

Controls how often the dashboard automatically refreshes. Options are: - Disabled (default) - Every 1 Minute - Every 5 Minutes - Every 15 Minutes - Every 1 Hour

Time zone

Drop-down Selection

Allows users to select the time zone in which data is displayed. Options include global time zones (e.g., Australia/Melbourne, UTC, etc.).

Bottom Buttons

Cancel

Closes the window without saving any changes.

Save

Saves the settings, applying the selected options (e.g., Dark Mode, Interaction) and making the dashboard available at the copied link.
